How to play
- 🔴 Red pulsing rings are jams — dispatch a cop; they travel there and stay posted.
- 👮 Cops work shifts and take bribes — recall, reprimand or transfer them. 🚑 ambulances clear crashes.
- 🛠 Build mode (top bar / press B): make roads one-way, close them, add & tune signals, place 🚏 bus stops & 📷 cameras.
- 🏏 Watch for events — cricket crowds, VIP convoys, festivals, markets, road works, 🌧 rain.
- 📋 Rules & Budget: set fines, run vigilance drives, hire staff — mind the treasury & corruption.
- 😊 Keep Public Mood out of the red.
